Today, we’re going to explore your feelings around AI through a guided journaling session and work on strategies to manage any anxiety you might be experiencing. Don’t worry; there are no right or wrong answers here. This is your space to reflect, understand, and grow.

How do I currently feel about AI and its impact on my work life?
